When downloading files by Google Chrome from some websites, it has the error: virus scan failed. And the file is prevented from being opened.
Solution:
Open regedit
Find the path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachments
Change value ScanWithAntiVirus to 1
